Introduction

The D-Link DWR-530 3.75G HSUPA Router is a palm sized 3G router, slim and small enough to carry in a pocket. It
allows users to access and share their 3G mobile Internet connection anywhere and anytime.
The DWR-530 can function in either Wi-Fi router mode or 3G USB modem mode. When in Wi-Fi router mode, the
device allows Wi-Fi capable devices like smart phones, portable gaming devices, notebooks, or digital cameras
access to 3G networks via a wireless connection. The DWR-530 can share its 3G connection with up to 6 Wi-Fi
clients. The built-in battery allows you to simply turn it on to provide your devices with an instant connection to the
Internet.
When using the D-Link DWR-530 3.75G HSUPA Router as a 3G USB modem, you can not only keep your PC
connected to a 3G network, but you can also turn off your PC’s Wi-Fi adapter in order to save battery power.
